I am very pleased with the service I received on my 2008 MDX from Ed Voyles. This was a major repair as my oil pump gasket had to be replaced. Al McGowan, my service manager, helped me walk through the process and suggested other repairs be completed at the same time to save on labor costs. Chris Bailey, the mechanic was detailed in what was working well and what needed to be repaired. There were no surprises. I recently went to get an oil change and a tune up and Qais Johnson took care of me and he was amazing! He made sure my car was cleaned washed and they did the job very well and quick! I love this place and I only trust Qais and Ed Voyles with my Acura! Great people!

Never have to wait more than 3 minutes with or without an appointment. One of our cars is 13 years old and the other is 6 years old. The cars are reliable and so is the service. Jesse has been taking care of my car more recently.

I am always pleased with the service at Acura. Q is the service person I ask fo and he is excellent. I would rate him a 10 in all areas from being honest, personable and knowledgable. He is very honest with the wait time and keeps me updated. The work on the car is always done correctly and to my satisfaction. Highly recommend

Both my girlfriend and I have been long time Honda/Acura consumers having purchased 10 products in the last 10 years. Recently she decided she wanted to trade in her 2011 TSX for a 2014 RDX. Searched several statewide dealerships for particular model (color & interior) TSX w/ Tech. Several dealerships had in various GA cities and we were willing to drive to get the model we wanted. My Mother was in town recently from Indiana and needed her 2001 CL worked on so we called Ed Voyles to make an appointment so they could assess and repair. Upon retrieval the car had been cleaned inside and out (it was a mess after the long drive to Atlanta) and since the repair was so minor they did not even charge her! I had to have my transmission replaced on my 2001 MDX. They made this very unpleasant situation bearable. Everyone I spoke with was great. They gave me a loaner car that was even better than my car. Which some dealerships do not do. They absolutely spoiled me. Two weeks after my car was done we had to replace my husbands engine in his Chevrolet Silveraldo. Worst experience ever. I wish Acura had a truck just so if I ever had to have it worked on I could bring it here. I will never take my car anywhere else. I live 25 miles ...

I've purchased two TL's from Ed Voyles. Never pressured to buy (though they were over-eager to unload my trade!). Service always treats me like a VIP and the waiting area is really remarkable. Loaners are now all Acuras (great improvement). I now work 2 miles from Nalley and can't bring myself to switch for service. Guess I'll have to drive.

This was by far the best dealer experience I ever had. Eventhough I live only 5 miles from Acura Carland. I decided to drive the extra 15 miles because of the dishonesty of Carland employees. I went to this dealership late 2004 for the 05 TL. Ben Wheeler was very courteous and more than willing to be sure that I was satisfied with my experience. Not once did I feel pressured.
