The experience was good. Improve the wait time to be great. I had an appointment for 8:30 and I didn't leave until after 12 for an oil change and a diagnostic. The staff was great otherwise.
The Service Department does phenomenal work, and is very clear about what is (and is not) needed for your car. We'll definitely be back the next time our MDX needs service.

Good service with reasonable price. Provided recommendations but not forced me to do all of them, and suggested some can be deferred. Also provided the newest model as loaner car, good for a free test drive.

EdVoyles Acura Collision & Body shop provides A-to-Z professional services on all makes and models. They did an excellent job restoring my CamaroRS to it's perfect, pre-collision, "good-as-new" form. The repairs are flawless, they use genuine parts from your auto manufacturer, the warranties are great, the paint matching was done to perfection (even with my custom, jewel tone top coat), and the turn-around time was excellent. They also returned it to me completely detailed in pristine condition. I would definitely recommend this business for collision repair and use them again for our family's vehicles.

The service department is great. They are quick and professional. The waiting area is nice, though it can be loud in there. There is a very small room with desks for those who need to work while waiting on their car, which I appreciate.

I booked a same day appointment for an oil chainge online. Upon arrival I was greeted immdiately, the waiting room was not crowded which was prefect to work while I waited. They had me back on the road in about 30 mins. A very seemless process. Bryce was very pleasant and professional!!!

Service was overall very good. The only negative was not getting a phone call when I was reaching out to staff regarding the approval of additional recommended work. I wanted to discuss, over the phone, one of the items, I had questions.
